Arriving February 16 2022 Series 1 Topps Baseball arrived in hobby stores.  This years set featured the long awaited rookie card of Tampa Bay Rays super phenom Wander Franco.  Short prints, parallels, and numbered versions of the Franco card soared on auction sites with many reaching four and even five figures.  Low print run autographs of Wander Franco are now all the rage.  

2022 Topps Opening Day Baseball and Topps Heritage Baseball soon followed and everyone is now looking for the next big Wander Franco hard to find card.  

Topps Inception Baseball, a hobby only product was release the last week of March.  This is a higher end product containing only 1 pack per box with 7 cards per pack.  Each 7 card box contains at least 1 autograph or autograph relic card and 2 base parallel cards.  

2022 Topps Inception is packed with all the most collectible young stars, including the talent-rich 2022 MLB Rookie Class, as well as on-card autograph cards and autograph relic cards.

Just think how great all these products would have been in MLB was not experiencing a lockout since December 2021.
